From brainstorming to final edits, I'm here to help you write an authentic personal statement you are proud of! As an Admissions Officer, I read more than 1,600 college essays and know what makes an essay stand out. Together, we'll work to bring your personality to life on the page.

For anyone looking to address their writing skills, I offer customized lessons informed by my 15+ years of teaching writing. I have materials focused on process issues (ie, brainstorming, outlining, drafting and revising) as well as style concerns (writing that flows, captures attention, is precise and vivid).

Whether you're working on literary analysis, research papers, argument writing or something else, we can work on all stages of your writing assignments. My goal is to help you feel confident and proud of what you write and better able to meet each new writing task.
